At Shopping Planet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process. Please read our policy below to ensure a smooth return experience.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in the original packaging (including tags, if applicable).
  • Customized or engraved items cannot be returned, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

How to Return an Item

If your item meets the return eligibility, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  • Contact our customer service team at support@shoppingplanet.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to ship your item back to us.
  • Pack the item securely, including a copy of the invoice or order number, and affix the provided RMA label to the package.
  • Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note the following:

  • If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to your account, and it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
  • If you used a promotional code or discount, the refund will be issued for the amount you paid after applying the discount.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. If the requested item is available, we will process the exchange and ship it to you as soon as possible. Please note that the item you are returning must meet our return eligibility criteria.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@shoppingplanet.com. We will guide you through the process of returning the item for a full refund or exchange. Please retain all packaging materials and take clear photos of the damage for our records.
